So I made a mod which changes the difficulty of every single to something very close to Legendary difficulty in arcade mode it's still a bit easier than that because of various bonuses the player usually gets during fights. Soul Chronicle mode is at a very low difficulty it ranges from between easy and normal and you can't ever change it.
